Established in 2014, COME shapes visions and develops talent to bridge Africa’s transformational leadership gap, with leadership anchored on integrity and excellence.
The Centre for Outreach, Mentorship, and Empowerment (COME) was established in 2014 as a human capital development centre where visions are shaped, and talents are developed to bridge the transformational leadership gap at all levels in African societies. The Centre thus focuses on building Africa’s young professionals and students to provide leadership of service and transformation wherever they find themselves; leadership that is anchored on integrity and excellence. COME is an independent non-profit organization registered in Ghana.

What does COME do?
We develop leaders and strengthen organizations through mentorship, education, and partnerships, always with clear outcomes and accountable delivery.
Who does COME partner with?
Educational institutions, corporate organizations, and development partners - including NEIP, ACEP, and GRASAG - as well as universities and foundations across Africa and internationally. We align on shared goals and co-design engagements for sustainable outcomes.
Where is COME based?
COME is based at P.O. Box VV61, Valley View, Adjacent Valley View University, Accra, Ghana. Programs and partnerships extend across 25+ countries in Africa, Europe, North America, Asia, and South America.
