Benjamin Agyenim Boateng

Ben is the Metropolitan Director of the Physical Planning Department of the Kumasi Metropolitan Assembly in Ghana. He has worked with the Metropolitan Authority and also the Asokwa Municipal for the past 16 years as a Town Planner and is currently leading a team to redevelop the city of Kumasi where he hails from.

Ben is the Executive Chairman/Principal Consultant at Dreams and Schemes Ltd., focusing on providing consultancy services in the areas of planning, architecture, surveying, and real estate development. He has also been in the clothing business for fifteen years selling high street brands at his Shirts & Knots Clothing Shop.

Ben holds academic qualification in planning from (Kwame Nkrumah University of Science & Technology), MBA Strategic & Project Management (Paris Graduate School of Management), MSc in Cities from the prestigious London School of Economics and Political Science, and is a member of the Ghana Institute of Planners.

He is Speaker.-Investor.-Leader-Entrepreneur.-Town Planner and has the passion to work with young people in ministry and also in community service. He lives in Kumasi with his wife Gifty with their four children, Owura Kwaku Baffour Amofa, Kwaku Brobbey, Yaa Asantewaa, and Afia Frempomaa.
