Why mentoring?
Mentoring is a time-proven strategy that can help young people of all circumstances achieve their potential. Having a mentor, usually a person who has more experience, provides an opportunity to glean an understanding of the best ways to accomplish great things.
Why do I need to be mentored?
There are inadequate ‘structured’ mentoring entities and pool of mentors across the institutions of learning around the continent. Center for Outreach, Mentorship and Empowerment mentoring Masterclass aim through this program is to give the next generation a mentorship privilege a person at a time.
How is this program different from others?
The COME mentorship Program is a structured and trusting relationship and program that brings young people together with caring individuals who offer guidance, support and encouragement aimed at developing the competence and character of the mentee.
