The Thinking Advantage: COME at the 2026 First National Bank Ghana Townhall

As part of the Townhall, Godswill T.K. Mensah, Executive Director of COME, delivered a leadership presentation titled "The Thinking Advantage: Building High-Trust Institutions That Win." The presentation was built on a timeless conviction: great institutions are first built in the minds of their people before they are built in the marketplace.
