COME launches the Tu Dukɔ Project, a leadership and character formation programme for Africa's everyday workers.
## Who Tu Dukɔ Is For Unlike many leadership programmes that focus mainly on executives and professionals, Tu Dukɔ is designed for those who form the backbone of Africa's street economy — masons, carpenters, steel benders, electricians, plumbers, welders, painters, mechanics, dressmakers, market traders, and countless hardworking men and women whose daily labour quietly sustains our communities, cities and economies. These are not merely skilled hands. They are nation-building hands. When they are trained, empowered and inspired, their work becomes more than a means of survival. It becomes a legacy.
What We Teach
**Stewardship of Resources Participants learn how to prioritize wisely, manage resources faithfully, maximize opportunities, and make sound financial and business decisions. **The Power of Relationships Success is rarely achieved alone. Participants discover that relationships are a lifelong form of capital—the people we learn from, serve with, work alongside, and invest in often shape the future we build. **Excellence and Integrity In an age where shortcuts are often celebrated, Tu Dukɔ is raising a different standard — nurturing artisans and professionals who value trust above quick profit, pursue significance over mere success, and understand that character is their greatest credential.
