Nextgen Resource Governance Leaders Program

We concluded our leadership training program with the Africa Center for Energy Policy(ACEP)’s NextGen Resource Governance Leaders Program(Cohort 2). It was insightful, interactive, probing, engaging, and solution-driven.

The primary objective is to help raise a generation of young ethical and transformational policy and governance thought leaders/champions on the continent of Africa. This goal is in keeping with our vision and the model used is equally apt with our mission.

The month-long training was a four-part series:

3. Towards A Transformational Leadership In A World of Transactional Leadership. (Friday, March 18, 2022)

4. Towards A Leadership of Integrity In A World of Image-Centered Leadership. (Thursday, March 24, 2022)

We are excited to announce that, a new generation of African professionals are emerging with a different mindset on the concept of leadership that is value-based and service-oriented.
