This morning, our COME team led the first part of the four part value-based leadership training program with the Africa Center for Energy Policy(ACEP) NEXTGEN RESOURCE GOVERNANCE LEADERSHIP PROGRAM TEAM.
Today’s session laid the foundation for the month-long training and offered Ten(10) LEADERSHIP principles that MUST anchor leaders in any land, anywhere and any field. This month’s training is aimed at attempting to raise a generation of young ethical and transformational policy and governance thought leaders/champions on the continent of Africa.
